Who and What to vote for in Arkansas this Fall (Part 1 of 3)

I don’t know about you, but in the past, during the years that we usually vote for a new president, I rarely paid attention to the BALLOT ISSUES or the JUDGES. I usually voted for my parents picks and whomever was the Democratic candidate. However, as an almost 40-year-old Black woman, I now realize that what and whom I vote for is not arbitrary and is quite important.
